Matthew Garland

Matthew works with ECDIS OEMs and Digital ADMIRATLY distributors as a Technical Relationship Manager, assisting them to develop ADMIRALTY Maritime Data Solutions in their applications.

Matthew has worked for the UKHO for 17 years holding several positions throughout this period. Matthew joined the UKHO as an ENC compiler, assisting with the creation of the ADMIRALTY Vector Chart Service (AVCS), he later trained as a paper cartographer, compiling new paper Charts and New Editions. In 2013 he moved from UKHO’s Operations division to their Commercial division where he has worked as a Product Technical Lead and an Account Manager.
